We have spent years building List Manager and other specialised contact managers and we have found that every client has a different business and they have different needs when it comes to managing their customer and prospecting lists.
The best thing you can do is to maintain a list of your customers and prospective customers, who need to stay in touch and be in a position to send out new special offers and new information to them quickly and easily.
You have to take the time to get it right and keep it up to date. If you can't do the work, then outsource it to someone who can and make sure it's done.
Being in a position to send an email, sms or a letter to a group of contacts either customers or potential customers will really help to build your business.
